International money transfer is a regulated activity. As a result, you need to go through a simple verification process before you can make your first transfer.

Once we have everything we need for the purposes of verification and anti-money laundering checks, you’ll be activated by a compliance officer. After this process, you will then be able to make transfers on our platform.

Whilst being activated, you will have the ability to get started by setting up your recipients to make transfers to.

You must send your payment through bank transfer.

You need to be registered for online banking to use this service. You also need the recipient’s e-mail address and a security question and answer.

There is no minimum transaction, and a maximum of single transaction of £3,000 for any 24-hour period. For any 30-day (one month) period, you can send up to £10,000.

Currently, we accept payment through bank transfer. In the nearest future, we will add other mode of payments such as debit/credit card.

We do not accept third party payment. This includes payments from business account, family members, relatives, friends, colleagues etc. Settlement payments for any transaction to be done with us should come from a bank account in your name only. The account name of the account from which you transfer your money to the payment partner must match the name of your account held with us.

If settlement funds are received from an account that is not in your name, these funds would be classified as a third-party payment. Such payments are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis by compliance. and such payments shall be returned into the account that such money came from.

If it looks like they have come from an unknown account holder (3rd party) then we’ll have to help you through some simple approval steps to validate the settlement payment. Note that it may delay your funds to get released. However, if we are not convinced with such third-party payments, we may decide to return the payments into the account that such money came from.

Currently, we accept payments through bank transfer only. In the nearest future, we will be able to consider other payment options such as cash, debit card, credit card, PayPal etc.

Most of our money transfers are completed within one hour. Occasionally certain factors can affect the transfer completion time. We’ll keep you updated by email throughout the process.
